These are the basic steps necessary for the initial (one-time )set-up:
- Complete a Dentech End User Agreement.
- We connect in via the internet and download the Dentech software.
What will you do on a monthly basis:
- Just as you do now (after posting) select and generate your statements. You will encounter one additional prompt in selection for sending electronically, it defaults to yes.
- You can do as many batches of statements that you want, weekly, monthly, etc.
- Your server will be set up to connect to us and transmit your batch of statements. If you currently do Electronic Insurance Claims, this step will already be done. After the statements have been received, printed and mailed, you will receive an email or fax from Tesia confirming the number of statements sent out. That’s it!
